The maintenance kit provides all the necessary service parts to install into the unit once ash is removed from the heat exchanger, the burner assembly is disassembled and the components are cleaned.
Our kit includes all the "consumable" parts that should be replaced during an annual service. We feel the EnergyLogic kit (P/N: 04000252) does not include enough components so we recommend this kit for your annual service.
When we perform an annual service on a customers machine - we replace all these components to avoid a service "callback". Some folks will visually inspect components and make a judgement call on replacing them but many of our customers live in remote areas of Alaska and must have reliability in their heating equipment.
Total cost for these parts individually is $181.40 - we sell them as a kit for $159 - savings of more than 10%
