NuEra Heat is Hiring!
We are a commercial/industrial heating equipment (sales/service/parts) company located in Vancouver, WA. We sell and service waste oil heating equipment primarily in the Pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Nevada) but we sell parts and machinery all over the USA.
Our company has been in business for over 30 years – we are a family (brothers) oriented business and we are veteran owned.

DO NOT call our office or come by for a visit. The person doing managing this process is not on site and we are extremely busy this time of year. We will get back to you as soon as we can – usually within a few hours.
Duties
- Pull parts and ship orders
Order will be printed with part numbers and quantities
Pull the part(s), package the order, and ship it. - Take parts/orders to post office and/or UPS/FedEx
- Process orders from our website into Quickbooks
- Keep track of inventory/parts department
Take “ownership” of the parts department – keep inventory levels tracked accurately and review with John to replenish parts - Answer phone when needed
Take messages accurately (who, what, when, etc)
Friendly and helpful phone voice - Cleanup/tidy up duty
Must keep parts area clean and tidy on a daily basis - Other duties
As required and able there are many other helpful things to do.
Essential Skills:
- Self starter, quick learner
Able to work with initial direction/training
Work to solve “problems” - Stickler for accuracy!
- Computer skills:
- Windows 10
- Email – outlook
- Word – edit, print letters
- Quickbooks – extra points
- Mechanical Skills
Basic understanding and curiosity about mechanical things is a plus - Phone skills
Respectful greeting customers
Accurate taking messages
Problem solving attitude - Organization
Be well organized. Able to keep a clean and tidy workspace. - Filing
Some ability to file and organize company records - Communication
Able to communicate clearly and understand objectives/goals

Working Hours
Our busiest season is from around August through March. So during those times we would require about 4 to 6 hours per day during the week – roughly from 10 to 4pm. This would lend itself ideally to a stay at home parent who has kids in school or someone who needs some part time work.
During the summer months (roughly May through August) it would be possible to take a vacation or not work the entire time – again, perfect for parent with children out of school.
